Description
Cable Concrete can withstand extremes of nature.
Problem: Stabilize the eroding tip of Beach Island on the Susquehanna river.
Solution: Cable Concrete 70 placed on a 1 to 1 slope.
Performance: Installed 7/95, the Cable Concrete has been subjected to repeated flooding and yearly ice flows. The system's integrity has not been compromised by years of repeated and violent flows.
